Stay-NeatEdge is the short-let division of NeatEdge Cleaning Ltd, a founder-led cleaning business based in the London Borough of Hillingdon. We set it up because short stays depend on work a cleaning company is well placed to do properly: turnovers, linen, checks between guests and upkeep — with guest operations and owner reporting built around them.
Why a cleaning company
Hospitality happens between bookings.
NeatEdge Cleaning Ltd provides residential, commercial and end-of-tenancy cleaning across West London. That work teaches a particular discipline: turning up when you said you would, finishing to a standard, and noticing what’s wrong before somebody else does.
Short-lets need exactly that, plus things a cleaning company doesn’t usually do: guest messages, check-in guides, linen rotation, inspections and a clear monthly picture for the owner. Stay-NeatEdge brings those together as one operation, with the cleaning team at its centre.
We’re new to co-host management as a named service, and we’d rather say so plainly. So we’re starting small: a handful of properties near our base, each onboarded with the founder involved, each with its own written standard. We’ll grow when the first homes are running the way we promised.

A short-let is only as good as the state it's in when the next guest opens the door. That's where we start.

Write it down
Checklists, photo reports and monthly updates. You shouldn't have to ask what happened at your property.

Recommend the smallest fix
If reliable cleaning solves your problem, that's what we'll suggest. We don't sell management to people who don't need it.

No invented numbers
We won't forecast your income to win the work. We'll tell you what we see, and report what actually happens.
