Our core area is West Drayton, Hayes, Uxbridge and the villages around Heathrow, all in the London Borough of Hillingdon. Keeping it small is what lets us offer realistic turnover windows and get to a property the same day when something goes wrong.
- UB7West DraytonWest Drayton is home ground. It sits a couple of miles north of Heathrow, with the Elizabeth line at the station and Stockley Park's offices on the doorstep — which is why we expect much of the short-stay demand here to come from work travel and people between homes.
- UB3 · UB4HayesHayes is where the Heathrow rail spur leaves the main line, and where a lot of the area's newer flats have gone up — around the station, along the Grand Union Canal and on the old EMI site at the Old Vinyl Factory.
- UB8 · UB10UxbridgeUxbridge is Hillingdon's town centre: the end of the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, home to Brunel University of London and a steady flow of visitors who want more space than a hotel room.
- UB7 · TW6 · UB3HeathrowHeathrow is the UK's largest single-site employer, and the villages around it — Harlington, Harmondsworth, Sipson — house the crews, contractors and transit travellers who'd rather have a kitchen and a proper bed than another airport hotel room.
